Now reissued on vinyl, the second album by Chilean psych/prog rock legends Aguaturbia, originally released in 1970, is an essential title in the history of Chilean rock. This one's as raw and dynamic as the debut-LP, with even heavier rhythms, distortion and phased female vocals reminiscent of Jefferson Airplane. Comparisons with the Grateful Dead, Country Joe And The Fish and Led Zeppelin can also be drawn. Fans of splendid heavy psych and proto-stoner should definitely give 'Volumen 2' a listen!
